Job Description:
Anglo-Eastern Offshore is seeking an experienced Cook to join a new Cable Lay Vessel (CLV) operating in the UK sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for crew members, managing galley operations, and maintaining excellent food hygiene and catering standards onboard.

Rotation: 6 weeks ON / 6 weeks OFF
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare daily meals for crew according to company standards and dietary requirements
• Plan menus and manage food preparation and galley operations
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation
• Monitor food stocks, provisions, and galley supplies
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food products
• Maintain galley equipment and report any defects
• Follow onboard HSE, food safety, and maritime procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience as Cook onboard vessels, preferably offshore or construction vessels
• Valid Certificate of Competency / relevant culinary qualification, where applicable
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book where applicable
• Right to work in the UK is mandatory
• Good English communication skills
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and catering standards
• Ability to work within a multinational offshore crew
• Available to join on 26 August 2026
