Y-Ships is currently recruiting an experienced Cook to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals for officers and crew, managing basic galley operations, and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness onboard.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for officers and crew.
Plan simple menus according to crew requirements.
Manage food storage and stock rotation.
Maintain galley cleanliness and sanitation.
Maintain galley equipment in safe working condition.
Monitor provisions and communicate replenishment requirements.
Minimize food waste.
Follow food hygiene and company safety procedures.
Participate in emergency and safety drills.
Requirements
Previous experience as Cook onboard a vessel.
AHTS, Tug Boat, OSV, or similar vessel experience preferred.
Valid STCW certification as applicable.
Relevant food hygiene / food safety certification preferred.
Valid passport and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong hygiene and organizational standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational crew.
