We are seeking an experienced Cook to join an offshore AHTS/PSV vessel and provide high-quality meals for the crew while maintaining excellent galley hygiene and food-safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily meals for the crew.
Plan menus and manage food provisions.
Cater for dietary requirements where necessary.
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene.
Monitor food stocks and storage.
Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
Requirements
Relevant catering qualifications.
Previous offshore or vessel catering experience.
Valid STCW 2010 certification as applicable.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Good command of English.
Ability to work independently.
Previous offshore/AHTS experience is an advantage.
Aramco experience is an advantage.
