Job Description:
We are seeking a Cook to manage galley operations onboard a DP2 AHTS Vessel. The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for crew, menu planning, inventory control, and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.

• Prepare daily meals for crew according to dietary standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley and storage areas
• Manage food inventory and stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety guidelines

Requirements:
• Valid Seafarer Cook certification or equivalent
• Medical fitness certificate
• Basic English communication
• Offshore vessel cooking experience preferred
