We are recruiting an experienced Arabic Cook to join a Work Boat & Utility Vessel fleet. The successful candidate will specialize in preparing authentic Arabic cuisine while ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and nutrition for the crew.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Preparing authentic Arabic meals for officers and crew.
Planning menus and managing food supplies.
Maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards in the galley.
Monitoring food storage and inventory.
Ensuring compliance with company catering and food safety procedures.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates.
Valid Medical Fitness Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Valid Passport and Seaman's Book.
Previous experience as an Arabic Cook onboard vessels or offshore units.
Experience preparing traditional Arabic cuisine.
