A leading offshore ship management company is currently recruiting an experienced Arabic Cook for an FSIV supporting the Saudi Aramco Project.
The successful candidate will specialize in preparing authentic Arabic cuisine while supporting daily galley operations, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring high-quality catering services for offshore personnel.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare authentic Arabic meals for crew members
Assist with daily galley operations
Maintain food quality and presentation
Ensure proper food storage and hygiene practices
Manage provisions and kitchen inventory
Comply with food safety regulations and company HSE policies
Requirements
Minimum 24 months' experience as Arabic Cook on offshore vessels or similar environments
Eligible under Saudi Aramco standards
Valid STCW certification package
Valid passport, seaman book, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Arabic cuisine
Physically and medically fit for offshore service
