Anglo-Eastern is currently recruiting experienced 2nd Cooks to join Tug Boats, CSOVs, and OSVs.
The successful candidates will assist the Chief Cook with meal preparation, galley operations, food storage, and cleaning while maintaining excellent hygiene standards.

Job Responsibilities
Assist with preparation of daily meals.
Prepare ingredients and support menu execution.
Maintain galley cleanliness.
Assist with food storage and inventory.
Follow food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Maintain galley equipment.
Support the Chief Cook during busy meal periods.
Participate in onboard safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as Cook/2nd Cook onboard vessels preferred.
Valid STCW certification as required.
Valid food safety/hygiene certification.
Previous offshore or vessel catering experience is an advantage.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong teamwork and hygiene awareness.
Physically and medically fit for sea service.
