Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking meals for the crew
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Follow safety protocols and regulations in the galley
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a cook on a vessel preferred
- Basic understanding of maritime safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
- Valid STCW certification and Food Handling Certificate
