We are hiring 1st Cooks for offshore Pipe Lay vessel projects starting in January 2026. Candidates will work onboard modern vessels supporting offshore construction projects, ensuring quality meal preparation under international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Preparing meals according to menu and dietary requirements
• Assisting the Chief Cook in daily galley operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
• Managing food storage and inventory control
• Complying with health and safety regulations onboard
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• BOSIET + CA-EBS (OPITO-approved)
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
• Minimum 1 year offshore catering experience
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: 8 weeks (starting 06 or 20 January 2026)
