- Holding valid STCW certificates
- Valid Schengen Visa
- All certificates and travel documents must be up to date
- Experience or strong interest in Tug vessels
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a European crew environment
- Familiarity with Anchor Handling
- Loyal, committed, and highly motivated
- Good English communication skills
