Y-Ships is currently seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a Multipurpose AHTS or Pusher Tug operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will assist the Master with vessel management and supervise deck operations, towing, anchor handling, cargo activities, maintenance, and onboard safety.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily deck department operations.
Conduct navigational watchkeeping duties.
Coordinate towing, anchor-handling, mooring, and cargo operations.
Supervise deck crew and maintenance activities.
Manage deck equipment and safety systems.
Assist with vessel stability and ballast management.
Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with company HSE and maritime regulations.
Requirements
Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW 2010 certification package.
Previous experience as Chief Officer on AHTS, Pusher Tug, Offshore Support Vessel, or similar vessel.
Offshore towing or anchor-handling experience preferred.
Valid passport, seaman's book, and medical certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and deck-management skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
