Augustea International Crews is currently recruiting an experienced Chief Officer to join a Barge, Tug Boat, or Crew Boat operating on worldwide projects.
The successful candidate will assist the Master with vessel management and supervise deck operations, cargo activities, maintenance, and onboard safety.

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily deck department operations.
Conduct navigational watchkeeping duties as assigned.
Manage mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations.
Supervise deck crew and maintenance activities.
Assist with vessel stability and ballast management.
Maintain deck equipment and safety systems.
Conduct safety inspections and emergency drills.
Ensure compliance with company HSE and maritime regulations.
Requirements
Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (CoC).
Valid STCW certification package.
Previous experience as Chief Officer on Barge, Tug Boat, Crew Boat, or similar vessel.
Valid medical fitness certificate.
Valid passport and seaman's book.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and deck-management skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork abilities.
