Job Description:
OAMS is recruiting an experienced Chief Officer to join AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessels operating in offshore environments.

The successful candidate will support the Master in safe vessel operations, navigation, deck management, and offshore activities. The role requires previous offshore vessel experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a demanding marine environment.

Employment Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Master with safe vessel operations and navigation
• Perform bridge watchkeeping duties and support offshore activities
• Manage deck operations and supervise deck crew
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company procedures
• Support DP, towing, anchor handling, and offshore operations where applicable

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
• Previous experience onboard AHTS, Offshore Supply, or Diving Support Vessels preferred
• Valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and seaman’s book
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and safety awareness

Employment Details:
• Vessel Type: AHTS / Supply / Diving Vessel
• Contract Duration: 4 months ON / 30 days OFF (Unpaid)
• Minimum Experience: 1 year
• Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications
