Documents: STCW 10
Certificate of competency: Chief Engineer 3000kW or more
Additional documents: Fully COV19 vaccinated (incl. booster), Dutch papers on hands
Experience: in the function of CE on heavy load types of vessels
Language: Marlins test 85% is a must
Nationality: Candidates located in Europe
