Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members according to dietary requirements and preferences
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the galley
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist with other duties as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Chief Cook on vessels
- Valid STCW certification and Food Handling Certificate
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
