Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cook or Chief Cook on offshore vessels
- Knowledge of maritime culinary practices and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid STCW certification and medical fitness certificate
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members in accordance with dietary requirements and safety standards
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness in the galley
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Supervise kitchen staff and assist with other duties as needed
