Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals for crew and officers, ensuring variety and quality.
Manage galley operations, including inventory and provisioning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
Cater to special dietary requirements and create menus accordingly.
Coordinate with the stewarding team for efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chief Cook on offshore or similar vessels.
Ability to prepare diverse and culturally appropriate meals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Fluent in English; good communication skills.
