A leading offshore marine company is currently seeking an experienced Captain to join a Multi-Purpose Support Vessel (MPSV) operating worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command of the vessel, ensuring safe navigation, offshore operations, crew management, and compliance with international maritime and offshore regulations.
Responsibilities
Maintain safe navigation and vessel operations
Manage offshore project support activities
Lead and supervise vessel crew
Ensure compliance with ISM, STCW, SOLAS, and company procedures
Coordinate emergency response and safety drills
Maintain operational efficiency and safety standards
Requirements
Valid Master Unlimited CoC
Valid STCW certification package
Previous MPSV or offshore vessel command experience
Valid seafarer medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
Experience with multinational crews
