MCT is recruiting experienced Messmen to support catering and housekeeping operations onboard VLCC vessels.
The successful candidate will assist the Chief Cook with meal service, mess room duties, cleaning, and general crew welfare activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of mess rooms and common areas
• Assist with meal service and catering operations
• Support galley cleaning and housekeeping duties
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
• Assist the Cook with food-service preparations
• Follow onboard safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality
• Previous Messman experience onboard VLCC or tanker vessels preferred
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months remaining validity
• Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Experience with multinational crews preferred
• Willingness to transit designated HRA routes
• Ready to join ASAP

• Salary: USD 1,243/month
• SOH Inbound Transit: 3 months’ full salary
• SOH Outbound Transit: 3 months’ full salary
