Avantgarde Shipping Corporation is recruiting an experienced Messman to support the catering and housekeeping operations onboard a Log Bulk vessel. The position will assist with meal service, cleaning, and maintaining accommodation and mess areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with meal and mess-room service
Cleaning and maintaining mess and accommodation areas
Supporting the catering department
Assisting with stores and supplies
Following onboard hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Valid medical fitness certificate
Previous experience as a Messman or similar position preferred
Good knowledge of onboard hygiene standards
Good English communication skills
Valid passport and seafarer documentation
Ability to work as part of a multicultural crew
