STM Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking an experienced Fitter to join its Tanker Vessel fleet for immediate deployment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for fabrication, steel repairs, welding support, machinery maintenance, and assisting the engine department in maintaining the vessel's mechanical systems while complying with international maritime safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
Perform fabrication, steel, and mechanical repair work
Assist with engine room maintenance and machinery overhauls
Carry out welding and cutting operations when required
Maintain workshop tools and equipment
Support the Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Follow company HSE procedures and maritime regulations
Requirements
Indian nationality
White COC holder
Valid Indian Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
Valid Indian STCW certification package
Previous tanker vessel experience is mandatory
Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong mechanical skills and safety awareness
