Job Description:
Elvictor Group SA is seeking a Fitter to join our team aboard a Bulk & Container Carrier vessel in the EU. The Fitter will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems and machinery aboard the vessel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and fix any mechanical issues
• Assist with the installation and testing of new equipment
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Support emergency maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English
• Previous experience as a Fitter on a vessel or in a similar role
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Employment Details:
• Salary: $2,500 per month
