Start: 1 March 2024
Location: Palma
Package: Paid in Euros, 42 Days Leave. Excellent bonus system after one year.



Skills and Attributes Required:

One season experience as a chef or cook in a maritime environment.
Minimum 4 years hospitality experience, hotels, or restaurants.
Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and menu planning principles.
Ability to work efficiently in a confined space with limited resources.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or dietary requirements.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Willingness to live and work in close quarters with a diverse group of individuals for extended periods at sea.
