Start date: 3rd February
* Location: Europe / Middle East
* Package: Salary in Euros – 176 days of leave
*Experience and attributes required:
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high end restaurants, preferably Michelin recognised restaurants.
* 1-2 years yacht experience preferable but not necessary if training and restaurant background is strong enough.
* Good base knowledge of various international cuisines, strong work ethic and ability to adapt and work as part of a large galley team.
* Excellent communication skills and good command of the English language to perform direct patient care and manage medical records.
*Qualifications required:
* NVQ Level 2, qualification in catering & hospitality
* Food Hygiene Level 2
* STCW (fully updated) with PDSD
* Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
* Seaman’s Discharge Book
* Schengen visa or right to work in Europe
* Covid Vaccinated
* Male due to cabin arrangement.
