Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a Chief Cook for a Panamax Bulk Carrier. Responsible for meal preparation and galley management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals for crew and officers.
• Manage galley stocks, provisioning, and hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the galley.
• Plan menus suitable for multicultural crew.
Requirements:
• Indonesian national
• Valid STCW and medical fitness
• Proven experience as Cook on cargo vessels
