Job Description:
Crew & Ship Management Intl. Inc. is looking for a Chief Cook for a Bulk/Container Carrier Vessel. The Chief Cook will be responsible for preparing meals for the crew, maintaining cleanliness in the galley, and ensuring proper food safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve meals for the crew according to dietary requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the galley.
Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid STCW certificates
Medical fitness certificate
Previous experience as a Chief Cook on a Bulk/Container Carrier Vessel
Proficiency in English communication
