MCT is seeking an experienced Chief Cook to join VLCC vessels operating internationally. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality meals for crew members and maintaining high standards of galley hygiene and food safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and prepare daily meals for the crew
• Manage galley operations and food preparation
• Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
• Control provisions and food inventory
• Ensure appropriate storage of food products
• Support crew welfare through quality catering services
Requirements:
• Indonesian nationality
• Previous Chief Cook experience onboard VLCC or tanker vessels preferred
• Valid STCW 2010 certificates with at least 18 months remaining validity
• Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification
• Valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman’s Book
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to sail through HRA routes
• Ready for immediate joining

• SOH Inbound Transit: 3 months’ full salary
