Job Description:
A reputable shipping company is seeking an experienced Chief Cook to manage galley operations and provide nutritious and high-quality meals for crew members onboard a Chemical Tanker.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily meals for multinational crew
• Plan menus and manage galley operations
• Maintain food hygiene and sanitation standards
• Monitor provisions and food inventory
• Ensure proper food storage and handling
• Maintain galley equipment and cleanliness
Requirements:
• Previous Chief Cook experience onboard vessels preferred
• Previous tanker experience is an advantage
• Relevant catering / culinary experience
• Valid Food Hygiene / Food Safety certification preferred
• Valid STCW certification package where applicable
• Valid Passport, Seaman's Book, and Medical Certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong hygiene, safety, and teamwork awareness
