Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chief Cook to provide high-quality meal preparation and maintain galley operations onboard Bulk Carrier vessels. The Chief Cook is responsible for menu planning, ordering supplies, hygiene standards, and catering for multinational crew.
Responsibilities
Prepare nutritious meals for the crew and officers
Maintain galley cleanliness and hygiene to maritime standards
Manage food stores and supply inventory
Plan menus considering crew dietary needs
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements
Previous experience as Chief Cook on Bulk Carriers preferred
Knowledge of international cuisine
Valid STCW certificates (Cook endorsement preferred)
Valid medical certificate
