Formal training from a culinary school
2+ years’ experience on 60m+ yacht or experience in remote land based restaurant
Must be able to be self-dependent during season (back to back with Head Chef)
Administrative skills – outlook/excel/word

Qualifications required:
Ship’s Cook Certificate
STCW (fully updated) with PSA
Proficiency in Designated Security Duties
Seafarer’s Medical Certificate valid for at least 6 months
Seafarer’s Discharge Book
