Job Description:
SA-World is looking for a proactive Safety Officer to monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across offshore drilling operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Promote safety awareness and lead toolbox meetings.
Investigate and report incidents or near-misses.
Ensure compliance with company and international HSE policies.
Provide safety training and support to crew members.
Requirements:
Previous experience as Safety Officer in offshore drilling or oil & gas.
Valid STCW, Medical Certificate, and safety training credentials.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and emergency procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
