Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent with strong exposure to immigration formalities.
• Broad understanding of the industries that Worley operates in, preferred professional services or a large corporate with an energy or resources focus.
• Ability to work well under pressure with a multitude of competing priorities while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with all levels of internal and external organizations and across cultures and countries.
• integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A good team player with the ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively in both Bahasa and English as required by the role.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and involvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word). Knowledge of Sharepoint, Oracle and SuccessFactor would be a plus.
