5:2 with short duration site travel to Chinchilla area as required (fortnightly maximum).
Mandatory requirements
Diploma in OHS or similar
Must be able to pass background checks
Skills
Proven experience working within operational teams whilst positively impacting health, safety, security & environment
A deep understanding of HSSE risk management and control strategies
The courage to share views, insights, and provision of support to risk-based operational decisions
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work effectively in/and across multi-functional teams and interface with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
Intermediate IT skills
Experience
HSSE professional experience in projects/resources/oil and gas industry is preferred.
