Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Reviewing project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and specifications.
• Supervise construction activities, including coordination of subcontractors and laborers.
• Promote and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and address hazards.
• Maintain quality control, monitoring workmanship and materials to meet construction standards via regular site audits.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for contractors and project team, facilitating effective communication.
• Issue and monitor Permits to Work.
• Daily/Weekly touch base meetings with the Project Manager to report construction activities and address any issues.
• Proactively solve site-based problems and adapt permit to work plans to overcome challenges.
• Support project completion within set deadlines.
Required:
• 5+ years’ experience working as a Site Manager/Permit to Work Co-ordinator
• Industrial project experience is a must
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are essential
Preferred:
• Working proficiency in Dutch
• Oil and Gas Experience (mechanical)
• Experience in Tanks, Fuel, Bunkering
• Mechanical Engineering Bias

• There may be requirement to move to a 10 hour working day (7:30-17:30) for a short period in August/Sept
