We are seeking an experienced Rig Manager to oversee drilling operations across offshore and onshore projects in Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all rig activities, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining the highest HSE standards, and leading multidisciplinary drilling teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
Managing all drilling operations and rig personnel.
Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and international drilling standards.
Coordinating drilling activities with client representatives and contractors.
Monitoring operational performance and implementing continuous improvements.
Ensuring safe and efficient execution of drilling programs.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of drilling experience.
Valid IWCF Level 4 or IADC certification.
DRILLMEC certification (mandatory).
Valid Passport.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and operational management skills.
Ability to work in a multinational environment.
