At least 5 years working experience in oil and gas or related manufacturing field.
Preferably specialize in Manufacturing/Production Operations, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Possess strong supervisory and people management skills.
Strong advocate of continuous improvement and adopting innovative solutions to drive business objectives.
Demonstrated high level of leadership, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and abilities to influence,persuade, motivate and interface with both internal and external people at all levels.
Hands on experience in leading, developing and managing teams in a high mix low volume manufacturingenvironment.
Knowledge of basic cost accounting and financial background for manufacturing environment, budget planning, capexpreparation cost control experience.
Basic knowledge of Quality and HSE Self-driven individual with keen technical ability, systematic approach, detail-orientated, excellent problem-solvingskills, positive attitude and strong team player.
Willingness to take on challenges and expanded roles as assigned based on business needs.
Excellent experience in providing technical and professional leadership as well as leading teams
Good experience in leading and driving projects/activities across a range of manufacturing processes
Possess good understanding of the following:o Understanding of a wide range of manufacturing processeso Understanding of inspection processes including NDEo Understanding of drawings and specificationso Understanding of quality and process control procedures including audits
