Recommended 5 to 8 years of documented experience within construction management, preferable Offshore activities in large scale wind farm projects, including recommended 5 to
8 years of documented leadership experience
Technically strong, adaptable, works well in teams, strong communication abilities)
Good English skills both writing and verbal
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure health and safety for all activities offshore
during the Execution phase.
Ensure implementation of the HSSE plan onsite, and to establish a safety culture amongst all involved parties.
Ensure proactive management, good cooperation, coordination, communication and securing of interfaces within Offshore Site Organisation ensuring all offshore activities are aligned with the installation asset, scope of work, deliverables, reporting and agreed time schedules.
To ensure documentation, recording and following up of overall Offshore installation activities.
Manage and secure maintenance and organisational setup of offshore installed assets in the interim period prior to handover.
Ensure that Lessons Learnt and Best Practice are implemented.
Participate in Tender process for ensuring compliancy with Offshore Site requirements.
