The Manager, Sourcing is responsible to provide strategic direction and execution for the management, coordination, review, negotiation and administration of the company’s contracts associated with the purchase of goods and services. This position provides the organization with global uniformity and consistency in supplier contracts review, risk assessment, procedures, and processes, and supports best practices in the company’s global supply chain sourcing and contracting functions resulting in maximized purchasing power, lower risk and cost, and higher quality in procurement solutions.
Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 6 years relevant work experience in Strategic Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, and/or Materials Management.
Minimum 4 years experience in drilling or oilfield industry.
ISM certification as CPSM (Certified Profession in Supply Management) or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) preferred
