Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oiler to join our fleet for embarkation in Nigeria. The ideal candidate must have proven experience on VLCC or FPSO vessels and be ready for deployment under international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist in the maintenance and operation of engine room machinery and equipment
• Carry out routine checks, lubrication, and cleaning of mechanical systems
• Support engineers during watchkeeping and repair activities
• Ensure compliance with international safety and environmental regulations
• Report machinery irregularities to senior engineers
Requirements:
• Minimum 12 months rank experience as Oiler on VLCC or FPSO vessels
• Valid STCW certificates
• Valid tanker certificate including DEC
• Medical fitness certificate
• Proficiency in English communication
