Provide advice and counsel to the Superintendent and Project Managers
Manage all projects and maximize efficiency of the facility, workforce, materials, and supplies within budget and time constraints
Establish crew activities to achieve objectives and assure work is performed safely
Ensure all timecards are completed
Ensure daily find eld reports (DFR) are completed and approved
Ensure all material, manpower, equipment, and other items necessary for completion of the job
Maintain equipment on projects under direct control
Enforce all company safety policies, rules and regulations, and ensure work site is maintains a safe health work environment
Maintain a daily log of man hours charged to assigned projects
