Reliant Oilfield is seeking an experienced Deck Foreman to supervise deck crew and daily offshore deck activities.
Requirements
Previous Deck Foreman or senior deck experience.
Offshore barge / vessel experience preferred.
Valid STCW certification as applicable.
Relevant offshore safety certificates.
Valid Passport and Medical Certificate.
Good English communication skills.
Strong leadership and safety awareness.
Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise deck crew and assign daily tasks.
Coordinate mooring, lifting, cargo, and maintenance activities.
Inspect deck equipment and work areas.
Support crane and rigging operations.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Ensure safe execution of deck activities.
