Ensures equipment and all systems are in complete working order and in compliance with all technical requirements
Ensures that the equipment is checked and maintained in accordance with relevant task plans/work instructions
Ensures that new task plans/work instructions are raised and in place where none exist
Assists in the identification and ordering of suitable spare parts to ensure they are available when required
Compiles and maintains technical records, reports and logs using the Workshop Request software & SAP
Participate in the planned maintenance of electronic department equipment
Provision of technical information to administration team to enable SAP equipment reports to be updated
Electronic Technician II Position Requirements
Previous ROV workshop or offshore experience advantageous
PC literate and proficient in Microsoft software applications
Strong fault finding techniques at component level
Proficient in the use of electrical and electronic test equipment
Ability to read and diagnose electrical schematics
