Job Description:
We are recruiting an experienced Electronic Technician to join a Drillship project in the EU region. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic, automation, communication, and control systems onboard the vessel.
The position requires strong technical knowledge and previous experience working in offshore drilling environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Maintain and troubleshoot electronic and automation systems
• Perform inspections, testing, and repairs of electronic equipment
• Support communication, navigation, and control systems operations
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Maintain technical records and comply with safety procedures
Requirements:
• Previous experience onboard Drillships is mandatory
• Relevant electronic/automation qualifications
• Experience with offshore control and communication systems
• Valid STCW certificates (where applicable)
• Valid offshore certificates (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, or equivalent where required)
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Valid passport and EU visa/work authorization
• Minimum experience in a similar position and vessel type
• Good English communication skills
• Two professional references required
