- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Possess or able to obtain a valid Transportation Worker's Identification Credential (TWIC). Any candidate selected for this position will not be allowed to begin work without a card in hand or proof from the TSA of a card "In Production" or "In Transit." - Possess or able to obtain a valid passport
- Valid USCG Unlimited Mate License with STCW certification
- Nautical Institute Unlimited DP Certification
- Possess GMDSS License
- 1 or more years of direct DP experience on a MODU
