An international offshore company is seeking an experienced Able Seaman / Rigger to join an FPSO project in Tunisia.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, rigging and lifting activities, cargo handling, maintenance, and other offshore operations while maintaining high safety standards.
Job Responsibilities
Perform deck maintenance and preservation duties.
Carry out rigging and lifting operations.
Prepare and secure loads for lifting activities.
Assist crane operations and lifting teams.
Participate in mooring and deck operations.
Inspect and maintain rigging and lifting equipment.
Follow lifting plans, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
Participate in emergency drills and safety activities.
Maintain compliance with offshore HSE procedures.
Requirements
Previous FPSO / offshore experience is mandatory.
Valid AB certification / Certificate of Proficiency.
Valid rigging certification relevant to the position.
Valid BOSIET or FOET.
Valid OGUK Medical.
Valid CDC and passport.
Job-specific certificates must be valid.
Good English communication skills.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
Physically and medically fit for offshore work.
