A leading maritime company is seeking an experienced Able Seaman (AB) to join an Ultra Deep Water Drillship DP3 operating on offshore projects.
The successful candidate will support deck operations, mooring, maintenance, cargo handling, and general offshore vessel activities.
Job Responsibilities
Perform deck duties according to vessel procedures
Assist with mooring, anchoring, and deck operations
Participate in cargo and offshore support activities
Carry out deck maintenance, painting, cleaning, and preservation work
Maintain deck equipment and working areas
Assist with lifting and other deck operations as required
Participate in emergency drills and safety meetings
Follow HSE, environmental, and vessel safety procedures
Requirements
Previous experience as Able Seaman (AB)
Previous experience on offshore vessels preferred
Drillship experience is an advantage
Valid Able Seafarer Deck qualification
Valid STCW certificates
Valid Seaman’s Book, passport, and medical certificate
Good English communication skills
Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a multinational offshore environment
