Job Description:
Lighthouse Careers is seeking a Chief Officer to support yacht operations EU. The Chief Officer ensures safe navigation, supervises deck crew, and assists the Captain in all vessel management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the Captain with navigation and vessel operations
• Supervising deck team and ensuring safe working practices
• Overseeing deck maintenance and safety drills
• Bridge watchkeeping duties
• Guest assistance during operations
Requirements:
• Valid STCW 95 / STCW 2010 certification
• ENG 1 (Medical Certificate)
• B1/B2 visa
• Schengen visa-free exemption or EU residency
• Minimum 1 year yachting experience in a senior deck role
Employment Details:
• Contract Duration: Seasonal, starting mid-October
