A prestigious Private / Charter Motor Yacht is seeking an experienced Chief Officer to support the Captain with safe navigation, deck operations, crew supervision, and yacht maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain with safe navigation and yacht operations
• Supervise deck crew and coordinate daily deck activities
• Oversee mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports operations
• Maintain deck equipment and safety systems
• Support emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
• Assist with guest activities and yacht presentation
Requirements
• Valid Chief Officer / Deck Officer Certificate of Competency
• Previous Chief Officer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts preferred
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent seafarer’s medical certificate
• Valid Passport and relevant yacht documentation
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and deck management skills
• Professional and guest-focused approach
