Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chief Officer to join a private/charter motor yacht operating worldwide. The role involves assisting the Captain in vessel operations, safety management, navigation planning, and overall deck department supervision. The position requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in yacht operations.
Key Responsibilities:
As per company policy, the main duties may include but are not limited to:
• Assist the Captain with navigation and voyage planning
• Supervise all deck operations and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and ISM procedures
• Manage deck crew and training
• Oversee tender operations and guest water activities
Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates
• Medical fitness certificate
• Officer of the Watch (OOW) or higher certification
• Proven experience as Chief Officer on yachts
• Strong English communication skills
