A luxury Motor Yacht is recruiting an experienced Chief Officer to support the Captain in safe navigation, deck operations, crew supervision, and yacht maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Captain with navigation and vessel management
• Supervise the deck department and daily deck operations
• Oversee mooring, anchoring, tender, and water-sports activities
• Maintain deck equipment and safety systems
• Support emergency drills and onboard safety procedures
• Assist with guest activities and yacht presentation
Requirements
• Valid Chief Officer / Deck Officer CoC
• Previous Chief Officer experience on Motor Yachts / Superyachts
• Valid STCW certification package
• Valid ENG1 or equivalent medical certificate
• Valid Passport and Seaman's Book where applicable
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and deck management skills
• Professional and guest-focused approach
